The College of Education was the premier institution started in the academic year 2007-2008 with an annual intake of 200 B.Ed students. With the long cherished dream of the trustee the Post Graduate Course M.Ed was started in this academic year 2015-2016 with 50 scholars. Our institution will cater the needs of poor and marginalized students of all caste, preference given to Christian Minority students in Kanyakumari District and nearby places.

Academics

The college offers B.Ed. degree programme in full time basis. The course of study shall be for a duration of one academic year consisting of 200 working days / curriculum transaction days or 1080 hours (6days per week @ 6 hour per day) excluding admission and examination days. The 200 working days will include teaching practice, revision examination and study holidays.
